"Convinse™ covers a focused range of topics, from trial presentation training and innovative PowerPoint® tips to tactics, strategies and audio-visual equipment lessons. It’s the result of years of experience, formulating a comprehensive curriculum and developing digital tools that are designed to become a part of a law firm’s institutional knowledge."
“I started working on the Convinse™ concept back in 2006, as trial attorneys and their staffs were becoming much more comfortable using presentation technology in court.” He says, “Before that, lawyers were basically tech averse. So, they’d outsource that competency for larger matters where there was a reasonable ROI. Now, law firms are much more technology savvy and inclined to bring those skills in-house, where they can then use these powerful tools on a range of cases…from large class action litigation to simple board hearings and CLE classes.”
